Get To Know Your Fleet Manager
All of our new Owner Operators and Lease Purchasers have lunch with their new fleet manager. This is a great opportunity for them to get to know each other on a personal level. This helps them understand one another better as they begin working together. A Buddy or Mentor to Help You Adjust
Each of our new drivers is also assigned to one of our current owner-operators as a mentor or buddy. This buddy can help the new driver with the paperwork process and help him or her understand all the ins and outs of or the job and everything involved with our company. This way the new driver never has to feel alone and always has someone he or she can go to with questions.
We think our orientation process gives new drivers plenty of face-to-face time with those in our company. It helps them to realize that they are more than just a number here.
